Hi, I'm Grace and this is the first step on our journey to a healthy body (and mind).
I've tried so many different ways to improve my body such as daily intense exercise, tracking my diet and doing the "Cosmo Bikini Diet". Unfortunately I never seem to have the motivation nor the self-discipline to keep these methods up. They've either been too extreme or too time consuming or detail oriented. I created this blog to keep myself motivated and share my new experiences and recipes with you! I'm an aspiring baker and I will be exploring new recipes that satisfy cravings without the guilt afterwards. As well as new techniques and recipes I'll be posting about inspirational figures and how everything is going.
